This is an antique hardcover book titled, "Health & Longevity" by Joseph G. Richardson MD Professor of Hygiene University of Pennsylvania and was published in 1913  by Home Health Society New York, Philadelphia and London. The book is massive and measures 10 1/4" x 7 1/2" x 2 1/2". This was the second of a two volume set and pagination begins in the 700's. The book is profusely illustrated with black and white photos, drawings and color pictures of botanicals. I have photographed a few sample pages for your examination. The book is now missing the spine cover and front cover is loose with a few of the front pages attached to it. The book is complete and readable and has marbled page ends. Some of the medical information is rather humorous by today's standard. For example, how to choose the sex of your baby. There are many home cures for various aliments with botanicals, physical fitness exercises and lots more. Good readable condition.
