PRETTY FLOWERED ROSE, BURGUNDY WOVEN BROCADE w/ GOLD BUNAD 4-5 YR NORWAY
Total length: 33" Shoulder to waist: 11" Waist: 23.5-24" The only way to make the waist larger would be to add a strip og black fabric at the  waist to open up the top behind the apron which is fastened with velcro. Easily done with a piece of ribbon even hand stitched to each side just to hold the sides of the skirt together behind the apron. Possible for about 2" more perhaps.
