    Description

    MEDIEVAL BATTLE AXE ?? Made of steel. There is a design on the blade. Pick dagger screws into the handle. In one of the pictures you can see it doesn't screw completely in. Also at the pointed end of the axe the threads are worn and stripped so you can't tighten it. The shaft also appears to have some design. Total length is 23 1/2 inches and it weighs 1 pound 3.1 ounces.
    This appears old to me however I am not an expert on this. I inherited this along with some swords that I have listed on eBay. Hopefully someone on eBay knows more about this, how old, where it's from etc. Please look carefully at the pictures and judge the condition for yourself.
