American saber used from the 1850s. During the Civil War (1861-1865), she served with the Union army, which sought to maintain the territorial integrity of the United States and abolish slavery. Also used by Robert Lee in the Indian War.

The shaft is covered with black leather and brass loops. This saber is perfectly balanced.
