Vintage RARE Singer Surgical Stitching Instrument WW2 RARE

Vintage RARE Singer Surgical Stitching Instrument WW2 RARE. Manufactured in 1942. I was told it was for battlefield surgeons but cannot confirm that. This instrument is in near pristine condition. Looks like it has never been used. Stainless steel construction with highly polished matte handle. Comes with three bobbins and six needles of varying sizes. A wrench and long handled brush. I have seen a couple others on-line but none in this fine condition. Carrying case is in good condition with a few scuffs and wear marks commensurate with its age. You will have a very difficult time finding another in this immaculate condition!
